Foreign business entities can obtain Web digital Certificates.

Required Documents

• Personal ID document of a person authorised by the organisation: personal ID card, passport, driving license, or any other valid personal ID document,
• Foreign business entity has to obtain a Slovenian tax id (and has to provide a Slovenian registration number if it is registered in the Business Register of Slovenia),
• Certificate holder has to obtain a Slovenian tax id (and has to provide a Slovenian personal registration number if he/she is registered in the Central Population Register of Slovenia),
• A completed application form for acquiring a digital certificate.

Registration Authorities for Foreign Business Entities operate at representations abroad (Slovenian embassies) and at the headquarters of SIGEN-CA, Certification Authority at the Ministry of the Interior, Tržaška cesta 21, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

• Application form for employees of foreign business entities  - completed by the responsible person
• Application form for future certificate holder - completed by future certificate holder
• Application for registration authority  - completed by the registration authority's authorised person
